Changes and cancellations
If we have shipped your order, it can not be canceled. If you want to return your package, please email email@example.com. We offer a 30 days return policy.
If we have already shipped your order, it can not be changed, but it is always possible to make a return within 30 days after receiving your package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make an exchange.
If we have already shipped your order, we can not change your delivery address. Please send us an email at email@example.com to see if your package has been shipped.
The shipping time might differ depending on where you are ordering from. Approximate delivery time is 2-5 working days within Sweden, 2-7 working days within Europe, and 2-6 working days to the USA and Canada.
No. We deliver to all European countries except for UK, plus the USA, and Canada.
We always use DHL Freight when shipping within Sweden and Europe, and DHL Express when shipping to the USA, and Canada.

The packages are sent from our warehouse in Allingsås, Sweden.

returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 30 days after you receive your goods. Note that the product has to be in its original packaging and can not be used. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a return.

After receiving your return, it takes up to 5-10 business days to receive your refund.

As payment options, we offer credit and debit card, Klarna and Paypal.
SECURITY AND CURRENCY
You can choose your preferred currency at the bottom of the page. Standard currency is SEK.
All payments go through Shopify, Klarna or PayPal, depending on what payment method you choose. Nibye will therefore never store any payment details.
The watch band on all our watches are made of 316L stainless steel.
The Nibye Safety Watch has standard links, and can be adjusted at your local watchmaker. We offer 5 sizes: XS (15 cm), S (16 cm), M (17 cm), L (18 cm), XL (19 cm). You usually need 1 cm larger than your wrist size. If your wrist is 15 cm, choose S (16 cm), and so on.
The Nibye Safety Watch is 5 ATM water resistant.
The Nibye Safety Watch uses two different batteries. One for the clockwork, which lasts for about 3 years, and one for the alarm function, which lasts for about 1,5 - 2 years.
To connect the watch with the Nibye app, you turn on your phone’s Bluetooth, and go to ”My Nibye Watch” in the Nibye app. If your watch is within 10 meters from your phone, you should be able to see your watch under “Found Devices”. Select your watch to complete the pairing.
The watch’s technology is produced in Sweden and Hong Kong.
You can change the watch’s battery at your local watchmaker.
The Nibye Safety Watch uses regular watch links, which you can adjust at your local watchmaker.
Usually, you want the bracelet to be 1 cm larger than your wrist. If your wrist is 16 cm, choose M (17 cm bracelet).
Yes, you can buy the subscription in the Nibye app.
No, you do not need a subscription as a follower.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

The warranty of the Nibye Safety Watch is valid for two years.
The warranty covers internal damage (for example, issues with moisture damage). It does not cover any external damage that was not visible when the product was received (for example, wear and tear).
Repairs and care
If the repair regards outer damages, such as the watch’s glass or links, all watchmakers should be able to help you. If the damage regards any technical part of the watch - please contact email@example.com, so that we can help you on how to move forward.
The Nibye Safety Watch uses two different batteries - one for the alarm function (CR3032), and one for the clockwork (SR626SW).
The clockwork’s battery lasts for about three years. The battery supporting our alarm function lasts for about 1,5 - 2 years. You can see your watch's battery status in the Nibye app.
As a start, you should always check the watch’s battery level, which you can see in the Nibye app under My Nibye Watch. If the battery is still charged - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can help you identify the problem.
